Trying to figure out what to eat can be overwhelming. Every diet/lifestyle trend and philosophy promises to be the ultimate solution and offers up evidence to support that.
The main philosophy that underlies my practice is bio-individuality: each person is a unique individual requiring a different set of food and lifestyle factors that will allow them to feel their best. Bio-Individuality comes into play in regards to what you eat and how your body will react to that food. However, I take it a step further to access the stage you’re at in your health journey. Outlining the ‘ideal’ solution isn’t helpful if your current life circumstance can’t accommodate it. For this reason I try to offer very specific solutions that don’t require you to change everything about your life, but rather have you working towards a diet and lifestyle you can embody and feel joyful about for a long time.
